Chain of Strength Organisation is a registered “Company Limited by Guarantee” in Sri Lanka, dedicated to social, economic, and environmental development across all 25 districts of the island.
Eligibility & User Representation
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- All information provided (Name, NIC/Passport) is truthful and accurate.
- You are the authorized holder of the credit/debit card or payment method used.
Donations and Currency
- All contributions are voluntary and follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We accept Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and designated Foreign Currencies (USD, EUR, etc.) via PayHere, a Central Bank-approved secure gateway.
- Exchange Rates: For international donations, your bank may apply its own exchange rates or transaction fees. CSO is not responsible for these additional bank charges.
Use of Funds & Transparency
CSO commits to using all donated funds for the specific projects (e.g., Roof of Hope, Hadagesma) described on this website. While we strive to honor donor intent for specific campaigns, the organization retains ultimate discretion over the allocation of funds to ensure they best serve our mission and the needs of the community.
Prohibited Activities
- Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using this platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or illegal purposes.
- Attempting to breach the security of our payment gateway or website infrastructure.
- Impersonating any individual or submitting false documentation.
Limitation of Liability
CSO shall not be liable for any damages resulting from technical failures, payment processing delays by third-party banks, or unauthorized access to data beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law
